ABOUT ME

Amelia Sopta is a Canadian-Croatian artist based in Toronto, Canada. 

 

She holds a BFA in Photography from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and is currently completing an MFA in Documentary Media at TMU.

 

Her work often explores themes such as cultural and self identity, familial bonds and the human condition. She is passionate about visual storytelling and inspired by photography's unique ability to create connection.
